Mr. CC Peng, a respected figure in the wireless technology industry, will retire as CEO. Ms. Vivien Tsao, formerly the CFO, has been appointed as the new CEO of Wha-Yu Corporation, effective immediately.
Ms. Tsao brings a wealth of experience to her new role, with extensive expertise in operational management and strategic development in the telecommunications sector.
